Right from my childhood, I have always enjoyed rain to maximum extent... It might be in terms of making paper boats and playing around with it in the gutter in our Kengeri upanagar house or playing cricket. I always have this wish - whenever it rains, I must be in midst of nature - completely green, riding bike and small stream running on the road splashing my legs with 'chur chur' sound :) When it rains, it brings happiness; it brings in smiles and sometimes like in case of floods, lot of sorrow. Except the case of the flood relief camp, i've always seen rain bringing in lot of cheerfulness. It allows a poet to draw inspiration and farmer to cheer for his crops. It makes me remember MD Pallavi's song (ChannaveeraKanavi's composition) - Ondu munjaavinali, tunturina sone male... (http://www.kannadaaudio.com/Songs/Bhaavageethe/LiveConcert-1-PallaviArun/Ondu.ram) This song has so much of depth in it that imagining the flow just makes you forget yourself..., during dawn, rain comes singing and the water flows in mid of coconut leaves and droplets at the end of leaves makes it a artistic imagination drawn by nature itself!!!
With so much busy life, we always find hard to enjoy smaller things like this which will fetch immense happiness... I want to get wet in rain enjoying all this forever... I still remember, when I was in hyd, myself and my sister used to go out in rain often and eat something and she used to scold me for all this... But, finally, she also started enjoying it...
You'll really be mesmerized by the beauty that rain brings in to nature. To enjoy it, you have to personally experience :) So, be ready for the next rains to get wet!! ;)
